Raspberries
Book IconPublished on: 2007.04.20

The raspberry is composed of many connecting droplets (individual sections of fruit, each with its own seed) surrounding a central core. There are three main varieties: blacks, golden and red, the latter being the mostly widely available. About 90% of the fresh-market red raspberries are grown in California, Washington, Oregon and Michigan. New York is a limited supplier. [www.QinSen.com]
