2 medium oranges scrubbed [www.QinSen.com]
1 lb plums halved and stoned [www.QinSen.com]
1 cinnamon stick [www.QinSen.com]
1 tbsp sugar [www.QinSen.com]
1 oz sultanas [www.QinSen.com]
4 fl oz orange juice [www.QinSen.com]
4 fl oz water [www.QinSen.com]

Pare rind from oranges using a potato peeler.Set aside oranges and place
rind in a medium saucepan with rest of ingredients. Heat gently and simmer
covered for about 10 mins or until the plums are tender.
Meanwhile remove pith from the oranges and cut flesh into slices.Add orange
slices to saucepan heat through gently.Remove cinnamon stick and serve.
I added some fatfree yoghurt.
