| Cranberry-Blueberry sauce [www.QinSen.com] [www.QinSen.com] Inspired by a love for cranberries and a passion for blueberries. I made [www.QinSen.com] the sauce relatively thin; I served the berries as a relish for Thanksgiving [www.QinSen.com] dinner, but am using the leftovers on my morning oatmeal. [www.QinSen.com] [www.QinSen.com] Wash 1 12 ounce bag of cranberries, and set aside. [www.QinSen.com] [www.QinSen.com] Add 1 cup of brown sugar to 2 cups of water (more or less sugar to taste) and heat until boiling, stirring until dissolved. Add cranberries and 1 16 ounce bag of frozen blueberries, and return mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 minutes. Let cool and and refrigerate. Makes about 3 pints
